Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all
MEP works
(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) for multiple projects.
Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, site teams, and contractors for timely execution.
Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective completion.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure work meets required standards and specifications.
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimations, work schedules, and vendor bills.
Ensure all work complies with local codes, IS standards, and safety regulations.
Handle troubleshooting and provide technical guidance to resolve on-site issues.
Lead meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
