We are looking for a dedicated MEP Project Manager to join our team for a full-time, on-site role in Visakhapatnam . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and executing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC, ETP, STP, and high-capacity electrical panels . Key Responsibilities: Oversee on-site execution and project management of all MEP systems Coordinate submittals and ensure timely project delivery Manage systems such as HVAC, chillers, ETP, STP, and main electrical panels Required Qualifications: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including plumbing and electrical Minimum 7 years of experience handling 6000 Amps Main Panels , ACB/VCB operations , HVAC , and utility systems in commercial or lab space projects Hands-on experience with 11KV/33KV systems Proficiency in estimation, project execution, and coordination Good communication and computer skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field If you have the expertise and passion to lead critical MEP projects, we’d love to connect. 📍 Location : Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 📩 Drop a message or apply directly to join a growing team building world-class spaces.
