As a Civil Site Engineer at the company, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing civil engineering projects with a focus on quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing all aspects of civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. - Supervising and coordinating the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel. - Monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays or issues, and implementing corrective actions. - Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations. - Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and material records. - Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. - Managing project budgets and resources effectively. - Ensuring adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. - Resolving technical issues and providing solutions on-site. - Forecasting material requirements and coordinating procurement. - Conducting quantity surveys and estimations. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. - Minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in civil site engineering. - Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques. - Proficiency in using relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools. - Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
