Job Summary:

The role is for MEP HVAC Execution (Hotel / Commercial Building Construction Experience),

Key Responsibilities:

• The role will be responsible for the following key tasks:
• MEP HVAC Execution (Hotel / Commercial Building Construction)
• Execution of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment installation.
• Coordination with architects, consultants, and other MEP services for smooth execution.
• Supervision of site installation teams and ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitoring project progress, quality, and safety compliance at site.
• Preparing daily/weekly progress reports and coordinating with the project management team.
• Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of HVAC materials and equipment.
• Testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems as per project timelines.
• Experience in large-scale hotel or commercial building construction projects is essential.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate – Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a Diploma in the same field
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience Hotel / Commercial Building Construction.
