Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Overall execution and coordination of MEP systems at site.
Finalize MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and BOQs with consultants.
Manage contractors, vendors, and site MEP teams.
Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory approvals, and quality standards.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resolve site issues.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and planning teams.
Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, and snag closure.
Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Authority:

Approve MEP execution plans and method statements.
Recommend contractor selection and vendor approvals.
Enforce quality and safety standards at site.
Escalate deviations impacting cost, quality, or timelines.

Experience & Skills:

18+ years in MEP execution for large residential/mixed-use projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting systems.
Proven leadership and contractor management skills.
