Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Strategic thinker with ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and company sales targets. - Qualify, attend to, and handle all prospective leads from presales stage to post sales. - Proficient in evaluating client budgets and orchestrating site visits to facilitate successful sales conversions. - Attending to Clients on site and at events. - Provide a personalized and exceptional customer site experience to exceed client expectations in every interaction. - Source Data and Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base. - Develop and nurture leads through networking, cold calling, and events to drive site visits. - Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners, investors, and luxury service providers. - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the luxury real estate market to participate in. - Capable of being a team player while simultaneously striving for success, fostering collaboration and individual growth to achieve sales target.
