Job Description

Job Title:


Objective of the Job:

To ensure the verification and quality control of production outputs (models, drawings, schedules, etc.) in accordance with client requirements, technical standards, drafting norms, and VBS/client-specific guidelines.


Scope of Work:

Responsible for maintaining quality throughout the project delivery process, ensuring compliance with client inputs, technical specifications, drafting standards, and VBS/client requirements.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate 3D models for mechanical systems using inputs such as CAD, PDF, IFC, and point-cloud data.
  • Ensure models align with the standards and objectives outlined in the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
  • Collaborate and coordinate internally and externally across disciplines for design and model changes.
  • Create mechanical discipline-specific BIM content.
  • Produce precise construction drawings and extract data using the BIM platform.
  • Maintain high-quality deliverables within the assigned project timelines and budgets.

    • Necessary Technical / Functional Skills:

    Qualification:

    • B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

    Experience:

    • Minimum 1 - 3 year of relevant experience in Mechanical BIM projects.
    • Experience with Ahmedabad-based or similar large-scale projects preferred.

    Software Skills:

    • Mandatory:

      Autodesk Revit (Mechanical discipline).
    • Additional: AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.

    Technical & Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
    • Proficiency in mechanical system design, drafting, and modeling.
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Active listening, adaptability, and integrity in work.
