Job Title: MEP Engineer (6–8 Years Experience) Location: HYDERABAD Company: TEAM4 LIFESPACE LLP Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer with 6 to 8 years of proven experience, specifically in high-rise building projects . The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing, coordinating, and executing all aspects of MEP works from design through execution. Key Responsibilities: Review and understand MEP drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs. Supervise and ensure proper execution of MEP works (HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing) on site. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of services. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. Conduct inspections and quality checks of MEP installations. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and site inspection reports. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Required Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering. Strong experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects is mandatory . Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design/review software. Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations. Strong problem-solving and site coordination skills. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Certification in MEP services (preferred). Desired Candidate Profile: Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
