Skyline Architectural Consultant is looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to handle the design coordination, review, and execution support of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services for architectural and construction projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and site-level understanding to ensure efficient and compliant building services systems.

• Design, review, and coordinate MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and low-voltage systems
• Prepare and review MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants for integrated project delivery
• Ensure MEP designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
• Support site teams with execution-related clarifications and issue resolution
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance
• Assist in cost estimation, BOQs, and value engineering exercises
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of MEP activities

• B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP design and/or execution
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety services
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit MEP or BIM tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with NBC, IS codes, and local authority requirements
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Immediate Joiner will be preferred.
• Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects
• Exposure to both consultancy and site execution roles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project tasks
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
