Job Description

Site Engineer (MEP)

Reviewing plans & Specifications according to drawings.
Coordinating with contractor / Consultants / Subcontractors.
Ability to handle work as per requirements.
Procurement, Execution, inspections, Installation (civil / Mechanical/Electricity) of systems on site till final hand over.
Handling of MEP Works - HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical.
To check & evaluate the BOQ in accordance with the design drawings.
Complete responsibility from detailed Engineering to satisfactory handing over of the project, Preparation of shop drawings, Material submittals, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting Systems design check including Calculations, Selection of major types of equipment like Chillers, AHUs, Pumps, Electrical Panels, Transformers, Fans, and other MEP System components.
Handling & maintaining quality control procedures.
Execute the work as per the site requirements.

Requirements And Skills:

Experience in Civil construction.
Experience in MEP (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing / Fire Fighting / HVAC) Site Execution.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor, train, and lead team members
