Work supervision: Supervise and guide on-site HVAC and plumbing work activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely, correctly, and according to project plans, specifications, and codes
Service coordination :Coordinate HVAC and plumbing service activities by scheduling technicians, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely completion of service tasks and project requirements.
Progress reporting: Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports, documenting work completed, issues encountered, and upcoming tasks to keep project managers informed and projects on schedule
Technical resolution :Identify and resolve technical issues related to HVAC and plumbing systems by diagnosing problems, proposing solutions, and implementing corrective actions to maintain smooth project execution
Quality assurance: Ensure all HVAC and plumbing work meets project specifications, safety standards, and industry codes through regular inspections and adherence to quality control procedures.
Experience: 45 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and plumbing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on residential and commercial project sites.
