Location - Alibag/ Mumbai
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, with experience in hotel construction or renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP design standards, materials, and methods, particularly within the hospitality industry.
Familiar with hotel brand standards and operational requirements (e.g., energy efficiency, soundproofing, accessibility, fire & life safety).
Proficiency in MEP software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project.
Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control procedures.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
