Role Overview:
The Manager / Senior Manager – MEP (Mechanical Design) will be responsible for leading the mechanical design development for large-scale residential and commercial projects based in Noida. The role requires strong technical capabilities, on-ground understanding, and the ability to deliver efficient mechanical solutions aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Mechanical (MEP) design development for assigned projects.
• Conduct site assessments to ensure designs reflect real project conditions and constraints.
• Perform HVAC design calculations, equipment selection, and system optimization.
• Prepare and review drawings, technical specifications, and design documents. • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Evaluate design feasibility, performance, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Provide engineering solutions that align with DAMAC’s quality and innovation benchmarks. Requirements:
• 7–15 years of experience in Mechanical or MEP design for large real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in HVAC design, heat load calculations, ducting, and piping systems.
• Proven ability to design systems from scratch using engineering logic and practical on-site understanding.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and other relevant design software.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
