I. Planning and Execution:
Project Planning and Coordination Plan and coordinate all on\-site construction Activities, including Daily workscheduling, resource allocation, and manpower management. Collaborate with Project Engineer and Project Managers to develop and adjustproject daily work plans and schedules as necessary. Attend Regular Site meetings to establish project timelines and Work Safetywith Quality. Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure thesmooth execution of day\-to\-day construction activities. Supervision and Compliance Supervise and overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring compliancewith work specifications, Quality Standards and safety regulations. Foster a culture of safety and compliance among all on\-site personnel,promoting best practices and adherence to industry standards. Technical Guidance and Support Educate the technical details and support to construction crew members andidentifying the technical issues Discuss & Resolve with the ProjectEngineer and Project Manager Guidance\. Daily Work Activities inspections to monitor work progress, identifyingonsite potential risks, and report corrective measures to Project Engineer andProject Manager Addressing to Superior for Onsite Work challenges, Updating the Design &Data\Requirement Along with the daily Work plan. (Mandatory to Record theIssues at Site Observation Book) Provide a Work Plan & Resource Requirements by Daily Basis to ProjectEngineer and Project Manager. Manage and maintain site equipment\and machinery, ensuring optimalperformance and safety standards. II. Documentation:
Daily Work Progress Report: Includes details of the work plan &Productivity Data\each day, workforce utilization, if any issues encounteredand quality of construction work. Site Note: Records of daily activities, weather conditions, personnel on\-siteand decisions. Resource Allocation Plan: Documentation of resources allocated for varioustasks, including labor, materials, and equipment. Technical Specifications: Detailed specifications of Material, WorkActivities, Workmanship, and Processes to be Executed. Design Drawings: Maintain Approved 2D and 3D drawing Files at Site, AlsoMaintain Drawing Register, including any revisions during the project Progress. Quality Assurance\/Quality Control (QA\/QC) Reports: Following the QualityChecklists at Site, Getting Approval & Documentation of QA\/QC procedures. HSE Reports: Records of Safety Indications, Safety inspections, Safetymeetings, and any Incidents or near\-misses. Safety Permits: To taken the Permits for specific tasks that require specialsafety measures (e.g., hot work permits). Material Inventory: Maintain the Record of materials received on\-site,including quantities and condition. Equipment Register: Maintain the Documentation of usage and maintenance ofsite equipment and machinery. Labor Attendance Register: Maintain the Record of daily attendance andworking hours of on\-site personnel. III. Professional Development: Contributing to the professional development of self and other team membersin the department. Attending Skill Development Training and other ongoing learning programs. Stay updated with the latest developments and technologies in CivilEngineering and CAD processes. IV. Professional Behavior:
Establishing a safe, purposeful and stimulating environment for workers andother colleagues Maintaining good relationships with colleagues, contractors, vendors, laborsand subordinates Being a positive role model and demonstrating consistently the requiredtraits and attitudes Maintaining On time Attendance with proper Work Efficiency V. Requirements
QUALIFICATION\/EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL: DESIRABLE: Qualification: Diploma\/BE in CivilEngineering
