1. Scope of the role

• Excellent proficiency with certification of Auto CAD and Revit
• Excellent knowledge of Dialux
• Through Knowledge in MS Excel / MS Word / Power Point
• Preparation of layouts for MEP Projects related to retail & F&B stores for all kinds of commercial projects
• Responsible for design (in AutoCAD or REVIT), complete drafting of complete electrical works, lighting / power designs, single line diagrams & block diagrams mechanical works including HVAC, firefighting, fire alarm, etc, plumbing work for all types of residential / commercial projects, Sensomatic designs, etc
• Responsible for complete small power works like telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, etc
• Responsible for preparing all types of calculations for MEP including but not limited to electrical load calculation, phase balancing, single line diagrams, air distribution calculation, heat load calculation, piping design, plumbing water tank calculations, etc
• Responsible for acquiring accurate site survey details before start of the project design.
• Also should have thorough knowledge about estimate preparation, BOM / BOQ preparation, quantity take outs, rate analysis, rate negotiations, vendor management, etc
• Required openness to travel extensively to the Project sites for the quantity assessment and evaluation of projects.

4. The right person

• BE Mechanical from a reputed college
• Two / Three years of experience in the infrastructure / retail / F&B / residential projects as MEP engineer
• Should be Innovative, enthusiastic, empowering & smart working
• Should possess good communication skills and high degree of analytical and logical skills
• Should have Critical Design Thinking
• Candidate should have the zeal for hard work and should be able to do collaborative teamwork.
• Candidate should be flexible with work timings to meet project deadlines.
• Candidate with very pleasant attitude.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment
