Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ● Prepare detailed MEP drawings (Electrical, HVAC, Lighting, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Low-Voltage systems) aligned with interior layouts. ● Convert engineer’s inputs and design concepts into precise AutoCAD/Revit drawings. ● Assist in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation for MEP works in interiors. ● Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site teams to resolve technical discrepancies. ● Ensure drawings comply with IS codes, NBC standards, and local regulations. ● Maintain and update as-built drawings and documentation for handover. Qualifications: ● Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field. ● 2–5 years’ experience as an MEP Draftsman in an interior design, fit-out, or contracting firm. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD (proficient); knowledge of Revit or similar tools is an added advantage. ● Strong understanding of commercial interior services (HVAC ducts, lighting layouts, plumbing lines, electrical load distribution). ● Ability to read and interpret interior and architectural drawings. ● Good coordination and teamwork skills.
