Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MEP Billing Engineer to manage and verify billing activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. The role involves preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, and ensuring accuracy in MEP cost management while supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify client bills and subcontractor bills for MEP works in compliance with contract terms.
• Ensure accurate measurement of quantities from drawings and site execution.
• Coordinate with site teams, planning, and procurement for billing data.
• Review and certify subcontractor invoices, reconciliation of quantities, and rate analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation of all billing-related activities.
• Assist in cost monitoring, budget tracking, and cash flow forecasts for MEP works.
• Liaise with project managers and finance teams for billing approvals and timely submission.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–15 years of experience in MEP Billing within Civil Construction (Residential/Commercial projects).
• Strong knowledge of quantity measurement, BOQs, and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software/tools.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
