Job Title: Layout Engineer – Job Summary We are hiring a Layout Engineer who is skilled in BIM and Revit with 3D modeling experience. The person will work on layout development, clash coordination, and drawing documentation for Baggage Handling. You should have at least 3 years of hands-on Revit modeling experience, be able to coordinate with other disciplines, and support the team in intermediate Revit problem-solving. This role involves educating and mentoring students in the principles and practices of operations, supply chain, project management, and logistics management, preparing them for successful careers in the business world. This role demands a blend of academic rigor, industry relevance, and a passion for experiential learning and technology integration. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver engaging courses in Operations Management Incorporate contemporary industry practices, case studies, and technological advancements (e.g., AI, Analytics, IoT in Operations) into pedagogy. Develop/revise courses aligned with MBS's vision of a "Neo-Tech Global Corporate Business School". Employ innovative pedagogy, including simulations, project-based learning, and industry visits. Produce quality research with publications in ABDC/Scopus-indexed journals. Foster collaborations with industry professionals for guest lectures, internships, placements, and research projects. Mentor students, serve on academic committees, and contribute to accreditations and quality initiatives. Qualifications PhD or Fellow in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institution (India or abroad). Passion for innovative, learner-centric teaching. Strong academic foundation with research orientation. Experience 1–3 years of postgraduate teaching experience (MBA/PGDM level). Industry experience in operations, logistics, or consulting is desirable International exposure in teaching or research is highly desired. Skills & Competencies Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, interpersonal, teaching, and classroom engagement skills. Strong pedagogical skills and a commitment to student-centric learning. Ability to integrate technology and analytics into teaching/research.
