𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰; We are seeking a highly capable 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 with deep expertise in designing and troubleshooting large-scale, distributed, multi-tier systems. You will be responsible for leading innovation, technical delivery, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural decisions in a collaborative R&D environment. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬; - Lead the technical design, development, and innovation of software solutions and integrations within a distributed N-tier ecosystem. - Ability to translate concepts, crude ideas, and blueprints into well-defined requirements, and to transform them into scalable, maintainable software solutions. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product. - Guide and mentor team members in best practices, code quality, and architectural decisions. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1) Over two years of experience in a Technical Lead role, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade systems in fast-paced, dynamic environments. 2) Strong understanding of distributed systems and multi-tier application architecture. 3) Hands-on experience with system diagnostics: RAM/CPU usage, SAR, heap/thread dumps, memory, SAR analysis and log analysis. 4) Proficient in Java/J2EE and Shell scripting. 5) Deep knowledge of the Spring Boot framework. 6) Working understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka. 7) Experience designing both low-level and high-level application architectures. 8) Experience with reverse proxies (e.g., Nginx), API gateways, and load balancers. 9) Implementation exposure to application-side and centralized caching systems. 10) Experience with PL/SQL and relational databases. 11) Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to performance and scalability.
