Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mentor based in Mainaguri. The Mentor will guide, support, and develop individuals or teams to achieve personal and professional growth. Key responsibilities include providing one-on-one and group mentoring sessions, creating customized development plans, monitoring progress, offering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, the Mentor will collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive development approach.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in mentorship, coaching, or related roles
• Ability to create customized development plans and monitor progress
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for mentoring and coaching
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Experience in the finance or banking industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field
