Company Description North East Small Finance Bank Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of RGVN (North East) Microfinance Limited. It is the only institution from the North-Eastern state of India that received “In-principle approval” from the Reserve Bank of India to set up a Small Finance Bank in 2015. The bank primarily focuses on North East India, facilitating better livelihood opportunities and banking services, thus promoting financial inclusion in the region. With over 155 branches across nine states, NESFB serves more than 5.21 Lakh clients, touching and improving many lives. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mainaguri for a Mentor. The Mentor will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients in understanding and utilizing banking services, providing training and support to staff, helping clients improve their financial literacy, and facilitating the growth of small businesses through financial advice. The Mentor will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer customized solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in financial mentoring, client advisory, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financial literacy and small business growth strategies Ability to provide effective training and support to both clients and staff Experience in banking or microfinance is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Willingness to work on-site in Mainaguri and travel within the region as necessary
