The Ushmaya Wellness Resort, a flagship project by Mehar Projects, is proud to introduce Hydro Wellness Thremái in India for the very first time. Our mission is to redefine wellness tourism by combining modern hydrotherapy with holistic experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Membership Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our exclusive membership packages — available in 3-day, 7-day, and 15-day options — designed to provide year-round access to our hydro-wellness experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of membership plans by engaging with prospective clients.

Build strong relationships with individuals, corporates, and travel partners.

Conduct presentations and consultations to explain the benefits of the package.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and payments.

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Ushmaya’s wellness philosophy and unique hydrotherapy offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, hospitality, travel, or wellness industries.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills & Telesales.

Strong networking abilities with a client-focused mindset.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working with targets.

Knowledge of wellness, hydrotherapy, or resort sales will be an added advantage.

Minimum qualification: Graduates & 12th pass are also eligible.

Compensation (Annual Salary Range)

Entry Level: ₹1.8–3 LPA

Experienced: ₹3.5–6 LPA

High-End Luxury/Specialisation: ₹6–8 LPA
