Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand & Program Representation:

  • Serve as the primary on-ground ambassador for the Program and organization within the hotel ecosystem.

Customer Acquisition & On-Site Enrollment:

  • Drive membership enrollments from walk-in guests and qualified customer segments through structured engagement and consultative selling techniques.

Lead Generation & Data Sourcing:

  • Collect, validate, and manage potential member data from hotel touchpoints. Leverage this information to conduct targeted outreach and conversion initiatives.

Member Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build meaningful, high-quality interactions with Members visiting the hotels, fostering loyalty, retention, and superior guest experience.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with hotel teams to manage reservation-related requirements and service requests, ensuring timely and accurate customer communication.

Digital Platform Proficiency:

  • Gain in-depth understanding of Program technology platforms (Apps, Web portals, CRM tools) and provide real-time support to hotel teams on system operations and escalations.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track Program KPIs and deliver structured performance updates to hotel stakeholders to reinforce program value and business impact.

Data Privacy & Compliance:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with company information security standards at all times.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Age: 21–35 years
  • Education: Minimum graduate degree
  • Experience: 1+ year of professional experience in customer-facing environments
  • Preferred Background: Luxury retail, premium hospitality, aviation, banquets, or travel sales with direct customer engagement

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing abilities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and support digital platforms
  • High service orientation & polished professional demeanor

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Flexible to work in roster-based schedules including weekends & holidays
