Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand the product and it's architecture to create high quality test plans and automation
- Provide solution to problems involving cloud platform's IaaS , Networking and Identity components
- Product and release upgrades & operations handling in complex integrated multi team cloud project
- Develop suitable test strategies and approaches for complex systems. Bring the customer and business user perspective in developing these strategies
- Work closely with developers, product managers, UI designers to ensure completeness of test cases, bug fixing and increase code coverage
- Participate in defect and issue resolution process
- Contribute and Participate in reviews and development of requirement documents, functional and technical design specifications, test specifications
Responsibilities
As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
- B.tech Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Software operations, functional testing and automation preferably involving SaaS/cloud applications
- Strong QA experience in creating Test Specs, automating, executing and reporting results
- Proven comfort with Linux env and systems, Network, OS, and DB monitoring/debugging
- Experience in the cloud domain and Experience in testing APIs and working in Agile Environment
