Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a highly performant and scalable user experience for the Fulfillment Center using modern front-end technologies.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and a robust design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions related to the front-end stack.
- Drive best practices in front-end development, including code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on front-end development principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to define and integrate with APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments.
- Contribute to technical documentation and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in front-end software development.
- Strong, hands-on proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.js, with expertise in Redux/Redux Toolkit and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and performance optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of API integration with RESTful and/or GraphQL services.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and drive clarity.
