Job Title:

Customer Service Executive International Voice Process (UK Telecom)

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team for a leading UK-based telecommunication client. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers regarding telecom services (e.g., mobile, broadband, landline).
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently (billing, technical support, service activation, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
  • Follow call scripts, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and in real time.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout the customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (UK accent understanding preferred).
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of telecom products/services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts to match UK time zones.
  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software and call center tools.
  • Familiarity with telecom industry terms and services (e.g., SIM cards, broadband, line rentals).
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.

Shift Timings:

UK Shifts (Afternoon to Night IST) Rotational Offs
