Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests through live chat with professionalism and accuracy.
Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer issues related to products, services, orders, payments, or technical difficulties.
Communicate clearly and politely with customers from various international regions, adapting tone and language appropriately.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical teams) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Meet daily/weekly targets for chat response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Identify common issues and suggest improvements to processes or FAQs to enhance customer experience.
Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends relevant to international customers.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in handling difficult or irate customers.

B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
