ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Motivate Bank Employees for Related life insurance products And Generating leads through bank walk-in. 2) Customers and getting leads from bank Employees. 3) Converting those leads Based on customer. 4) Requirements Doing joint calls with bank employees. 5) Updating database and maintaining with accuracy. 6) Achieving Goal Sheet and contest achievement on a weekly basis. 7) Focusing on resolving client issues creatively and effectively . 8) Ability to build rapport , listen actively to the customers.
