Hi All,

Mega walk-in 10th-Dec-25

we are looking for APAR Specialist in Customer Support-Voice experience.

Location- Hyderabad

Experience- 1-4 years

Notice Period- Immediate -30 days

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls/emails on Accounts Receivable & Payable queries
  • Research intra/inter-company billings & correct discrepancies
  • Provide invoice/statement copies and manage ServiceNow tickets
  • Collect vendor tax documentation & review GL postings
  • Resolve Tier 1 & Tier 2 inquiries to avoid escalations

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication & customer service focus
  • Strong data entry, organizational & follow-up skills
  • Conflict resolution ability; multitasking in high-volume environments

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in debt collection/payment processing
  • Good recordkeeping & understanding of basic accounting principles

Qualifications:

  • Call center experience in finance domain (customer-focused)
  • experience in payments and collections.
