Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive medical writer with exceptional communication skills and a strong foundation in clinical research. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in critically analyzing and summarizing complex medical literature to extract valuable insights. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be integral to the systematic review of medical literature, ensuring that our reports meet stringent standards and regulatory guidelines. Join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence in the dynamic field of medical writing and literature analysis.

Independently plan, write, edit, and format literature review study protocols, scientific manuscripts, project proposals, SOW (Statement of work), and report documents.
Understands literature review process and guidelines, clinical research methods and terminologies, and is adept at integrating and summarizing data from various sources in a clear and concise manner.
Works with team leads and editors, maintains timelines and workflow of writing assignments and ensures timely completion.
Ensures documents are well-organized, accurate, consistent, and in compliance with applicable company SOPs and other guidance documents and regulations.
Manage and drive document reviews and address comments. Facilitate comment resolution discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
Works collaboratively within a team environment and interacts directly and independently with all relevant groups. Leads round table discussions effectively and efficiently. Facilitates resolution of comments.
Understand and follow all client/journal publication policies and procedures, including confidentiality, secure file transfer, copyright law, and privacy protection.
Adhere to ethical guidelines, including proper citation of sources and avoiding plagiarism.
