Job Description

You are invited to apply for the position of Management Trainee in the HRO department (People Partners & Specialists) at Genpact. As a Management Trainee, you will play a crucial role in processing data and paperwork related to new employees, status changes, employee information changes, terminations, and other HR/compliance forms/documents with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring data accuracy, maintaining employee files, handling HR mail, and safeguarding confidential information. - Process data and paperwork for new employees, status changes, and terminations accurately and efficiently - Maintain data accuracy and integrity, escalating changes that are outside guidelines - Create and maintain files for all active and terminated employees - Handle and distribute HR mail appropriately - Safeguard customer, employee, and company information to ensure confidentiality at all times - Provide professional customer service by responding to requests via email, telephone, and in person - Support various HR disciplines, processes, and inquiries - Perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent education - Relevant experience in leading HR shared services/Operations and driving transformation - Experience in ServiceNow or similar case management tool - Experience in SAP - Working with HR-related systems experience preferred, such as HRIS, on-boarding, and applicant tracking This role is based in Gurugram, India, and is a full-time position.
