Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of medical services, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical administration and hospital management.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for patient care, quality improvement, and risk management.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective delivery of medical services and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as NABH accreditation and maintain accurate records.
Provide leadership support to Head Medical Services in managing complex cases or emergency situations.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBBS degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization).
Minimum 10-20 years of experience in Clinical Administration, Hospital Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of clinical operations, medication administration, medical services, NABH guidelines, and hospital management principles.
