Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Superintendent located in Amritsar. The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring the quality and efficiency of medical services, managing the medical staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also includes coordinating with various departments, implementing hospital policies, and improving patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Management and Administration
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare regulations
• Experienced with NABH inspections and quality checks
• Ability to manage medical staff and coordinate with different departments
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Medical degree (MBBS) with additional qualification in Hospital Administration (MBA/ MHA) is preferred
• Overlooking product and machinery procurement as well as equipment management
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centric approach
