Position Summary:

Medical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Promotion

• Promote and sell our piles-related medical product to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as surgeons, gastroenterologists, and pharmacists.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Influence prescribing habits and product recommendations through effective selling techniques.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Develop a strong network of healthcare professionals to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Provide prompt and professional support for inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to share updates, collect feedback, and strengthen customer trust.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align on strategies and customer needs.

3. Market Analysis & Reporting

• Collect insights on competitor activities, pricing, and market movement.
• Track and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales calls, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

Compensation

• Salary includes Daily Allowance (DA)
