About the Role:

As a MITHRIL Splints Sales Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of a healthcare revolution—replacing age-old plaster slabs with smart, lightweight, and customizable thermoplastic splints designed for the next generation of patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent the future of splinting at hospitals and clinics across your territory.
• Engage and educate doctors, physiotherapists, and technicians on MITHRIL’s advanced technology.
• Demonstrate, fit, and train healthcare professionals on the use of MITHRIL Splints.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to bring data-driven, sustainable splinting to life.
• Drive adoption and sales of the MITHRIL product line through innovation-focused outreach.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Plaster Technician or P&O professional (preferred), or someone eager to redefine patient rehabilitation.
• Passionate about medical innovation and tech-driven healthcare solutions.
• Energetic, persuasive, and ready to travel extensively to lead change on the ground.
• A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.
