We are a dynamic healthcare diagnostics center offering ultrasonography (USG) and a spectrum of diagnostic services. Our mission is to improve community access to quality diagnostics by forging strong partnerships and delivering tailored promotions across local healthcare networks.
As our Medical Sales Representative, you will spearhead initiatives to bring business to the center by forming strategic tie-ups with nearby hospitals, physicians, clinics, and leveraging local marketing across residential areas within a 4 km radius. Your mission will be to cultivate relationships and build visibility through personalized engagement and grassroots campaigns.
Business Development
Proactively visit local hospitals, clinics, and GP offices to forge service tie-ups and referral channels.
Establish and nurture relationships with doctors to encourage patient referrals.
Local Marketing & Community Outreach
Launch promotional campaigns in nearby neighborhoods—door-to-door leafleting, distributing offers, and community engagement.
Coordinate and participate in health camps, local events, and awareness drives.
Territory & Campaign Management
Plan strategic routes and visit schedules within the 4 km radius for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align messaging and materials for local impact.
Reporting & Market Analysis
Monitor competitor activities and community feedback to adjust outreach strategies.
Track KPIs—leads, conversions, campaign reach—and prepare concise field reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in medical, diagnostic, or field sales roles, ideally in healthcare or diagnostics sectors
Expert communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of local healthcare dynamics (neighborhood clinics, doctors, patient preferences).
High degree of autonomy, organizational capability, and proactive territory management
