Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary

The employee shall:

• Use their best efforts to promote and sell the Company’s innovative medical device —

  Microwave-based Biomedical Waste Disinfection System

  — along with other Infection Control Solutions.
• Maximize product and service sales within the assigned territory.
• Provide necessary assistance to the Company in conducting promotional activities as required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify, search for, and visit healthcare institutions (large market scope).
• Approach similar profiles of institutions to market and educate stakeholders about the product.
• Provide product demonstrations to potential and interested clients.
• Obtain purchase orders, execute delivery, and collect payments.

Key Skills

• Strong English communication skills.
• Effective sales techniques.
• Proficiency in computer and internet usage.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Preferred: 2 years of experience

  in medical device sales.
• Candidates residing in the

  same job location

  will be preferred.

Targets and Incentives

• From the second month onward, a

  minimum of one device sale per month

  is mandatory (across any product).
• Attractive

  sales incentives

  : ₹20,000 per device sold.

Special Conditions

• A

  field tracking application

  will be provided for daily monitoring; reports must be submitted through the app.
• Performance reviews will be conducted

  daily

  initially, and later

  weekly

  .
• A

  15-day notice period

  is mandatory.
• Job location: CHENNAI. Occasional travel outside Chennai may be required.
• An

  Employee Appointment Agreement

  will be executed detailing responsibilities and payouts.
