Sales Coordination - Collaborate with ZSMs, RSMs, ASMs, and TMs to support field-force needs. - Plan CME programs, doctor engagement activities, brand awareness initiatives. - Monitor campaign effectiveness and support sales for boosting prescriptions and conversions. 4. Digital Marketing & Communications - Oversee all digital platforms—website, social media, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing. - Create communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders. - Manage corporate presentations, marketing collaterals, and newsletters. 5. Training & Development - Support HR and Training Manager in field-force product training. - Build training modules for new product launches and brand refreshes. 6.
