About the Role

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling company products to healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Organize product presentations, detailing sessions, and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in medical/pharma sales.
• Strong network with doctors and hospitals in Delhi region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM software.
• Knowledge of the Delhi healthcare market.
