Job Title: Medical Sales Representative Sleep & Respiratory Products and ServicesLocation: Bangalore, KarnatakaIndustry: Healthcare / Medical EquipmentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our Sleep & Respiratory Care Products and Services in Bangalore. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and dealers to drive sales growth and create awareness about our advanced respiratory care solutions.---Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular doctor visits to promote sleep and respiratory products, generate prescriptions, and build long-term professional relationships.Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and distributors for product sales across Bangalore.Execute planned visits to dealers to ensure effective product promotion, sales support, and business growth.Meet sales targets by implementing effective territory management and customer engagement strategies.Organize product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for doctors and healthcare professionals.Collect feedback from doctors, patients, and dealers to support product improvement and service excellence.Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, competitor analysis, and market trends to management.Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.---Qualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration (preferred).13 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (Sleep & Respiratory segment experience will be an added advantage).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby areas.
