Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated Biomedical Engineering Freshers to join our dynamic team as Sales & Service Engineers. This role offers a unique blend of technical and customer-facing experience, providing exposure to both sales and after-sales service of advanced respiratory care equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with key doctors and specialists, including:

General Physicians (GPs), Diabetologists, Pulmonologists, ENT Specialists, Sleep Medicine Experts, Hospital

Purchase & Biomedical Departments

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for healthcare professionals and Dealers.

Generate leads and support business development in assigned territories.

Participate in conferences, workshops, and CMEs to promote Greenwells product portfolio.

Service Responsibilities:

Installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of Sleep and Respiratory Care equipment.

Provide on-site and remote technical support for hospitals and homecare patients.

Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training on device usage.

Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or Diploma (Freshers preferred)

Skills: Good communication, customer orientation, willingness to travel
