Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Gurgaon & Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in sales and marketing.

Roles and Responsibility

Identify and pursue sales leads within the pharmaceutical sector, including healthcare providers, doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into profitable business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and customers.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and customers.

Job Requirements

Professional degree in a relevant field, such as medicine or pharmacy.
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including healthcare providers, doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools is an asset.
