Skills Experience Working as a Medical Representative for multiple years or in a similar role Outstanding communication, writing and interpersonal skills Availability to travel independently and frequently (must have own two-wheeler) Strong negotiation & organisation skills Ability to network and build strong working Objective Achieving sales targets set by the company & increasing sales figures with every passing year. Understand the demographics of territory device sales strategies as per area. Build & foster a thriving relationship with clients, doctors, medical staff and prospect buyers Translate the vision & mission of the company through sales Research and learn about dynamic medical sales, Be up-to-date with industry trends Location: Delhi Agara Muradabad Meerut Saharanpur Aligarh Bareli Banaras Prayagraj/Allahabad Gorakhpur Lucknow Kanpur Task and Responsibilities Coordinate & collaborate with medical staff & healthcare providers by regular visit Follow up on potential leads & convert them into clients by presentation, demonstration, meeting and one-on-one interactions Having in-depth knowledge about Ayurvedic products & herbs industry, Knowing competition's offerings as a healthcare sales representatives Meeting pharmaceutical sales targets, Negotiate contracts, review pharmaceutical sales and self job performance Qualifications 12th pass or above Good at talking to people Can use WhatsApp or phone for communication Basic reading and writing in English and Hindi Package: Negotiable on previous offer letter Show more Show less
