It heavily emphasizes the need for prior experience in medical equipment sales and a strong medical/scientific field background. 💼 Job Description: Medical Representative - Dermatology & Aesthetic EquipmentCompany: United Skin Care Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Business Head Focus: Sales, promotion, and technical support of high-value Dermatology and Aesthetic devices and associated consumables. 🎯 Role SummaryThe Medical Representative is the primary link between United Skin Care and healthcare professionals, responsible for driving sales of advanced dermatology and aesthetic equipment within an assigned territory. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, medical knowledge, and proven sales acumen to build long-term relationships and successfully close high-value equipment deals. 🔑 Key Responsibilities1. Equipment Sales & Business DevelopmentTarget Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for high-value equipment (e.g., Diode Lasers, Pico Lasers, HIFU/Cryolipolysis machines, advanced Hydro Facial systems). Lead Generation: Actively identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers, primarily Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Aesthetic Clinic Owners, focusing on their equipment needs and clinical practice expansion. Negotiation & Closure: Strategically negotiate terms of sale, including pricing, payment schedules, and service agreements, to successfully close complex sales contracts. Market Analysis: Conduct continuous market research to stay informed about competitor activities, product pricing, and new technology trends in the aesthetic equipment space. 2. Technical & Clinical DetailingProduct Expertise: Maintain an in-depth, expert-level understanding of the company's equipment portfolio, including mechanism of action, clinical applications, technical specifications, safety protocols, and competitive advantages. Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, high-impact product presentations and live equipment demonstrations to doctors and clinical staff. Clinical Value Communication: Translate complex technical features into clear clinical benefits, effectively showing healthcare professionals how the equipment improves patient outcomes and clinic profitability. Handling Objections: Address technical queries and clinical concerns from highly qualified medical professionals with credible, evidence-based data. 3. Training & After-Sales Support Onsite Training: Coordinate and, where necessary, conduct initial technical and clinical training for the purchaser’s staff on the proper operation, maintenance, and clinical use of newly installed equipment. Troubleshooting: Serve as the initial point of contact for technical issues, liaising closely with the service department to ensure rapid and satisfactory resolution, minimizing customer downtime. Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases of consumables, maintenance contracts, and equipment upgrades.
