 Aesthetic Physician / Cosmetologist Dr. (Glownar Clinic) - Focused on Procedural AestheticsGiven your specific focus on procedures like LHR (Laser Hair Removal), PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), Pico (Picosecond Laser), Diode Laser, and Cryo (likely Cryolipolysis for slimming), this job description centers entirely on advanced aesthetic techniques and patient management within the clinic's specialized service lines. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Procedural ExcellenceThe Aesthetic Physician is responsible for the direct execution and medical oversight of the clinic's advanced aesthetic and body contouring services, ensuring optimal results and patient safety. 1. Advanced Procedural Execution (100% Aesthetic Focus)Laser and Energy-Based Devices: Independently operate and supervise the use of advanced equipment for core services: LHR/Diode Laser: Perform or oversee permanent Laser Hair Reduction treatments using Diode, Alexandrite, or Nd:YAG lasers, ensuring optimal parameters are selected for different skin/hair types (Fitzpatrick scale assessment). Pico Laser: Administer treatments using Picosecond Laser technology for pigmentation removal, tattoo removal, and non-ablative skin rejuvenation. Injectable and Regenerative Treatments (Physician-Only): PRP Therapy: Perform Platelet-Rich Plasma procedures for hair regrowth (scalp) and facial rejuvenation, including drawing blood, preparation, and injection. Botox & Fillers: (If qualified and required) Perform full range of aesthetic injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers for wrinkle reduction, volume restoration, and facial contouring. Slimming and Body Contouring: Cryo (Cryolipolysis): Perform or oversee non-surgical fat reduction procedures (e.g., Cryolipolysis/CoolSculpting) and other body shaping technologies (e.g., HIFU, RF). Chemical Peels: Administer medium to deep-depth chemical peels strictly for aesthetic goals (e.g., texture improvement, hyperpigmentation). 2. Patient Management and ProtocolAssessment & Consent: Conduct focused consultations on aesthetic goals, perform thorough skin/body analysis, and obtain informed consent for all invasive and non-invasive procedures. Treatment Customization: Develop and document personalized, multi-modality treatment plans utilizing the clinic's technology stack (LHR, PRP, Pico, etc.) to achieve patient goals. Safety and Complication Management: Strictly adhere to medical protocols and safety standards. Proactively identify, prevent, and manage any procedural side effects or complications. 3. Training and Equipment OversightSupervision: Provide mandatory medical supervision for all laser and energy-based device operations performed by Cosmetologists or Aesthetic Therapists, ensuring correct technique and parameter selection. Maintenance: Monitor equipment performance and calibration, ensuring all advanced devices (Pico, Diode, Cryo, etc.) are maintained and operated according to manufacturer and safety guidelines. Continuous Learning: Remain current on the newest advancements in aesthetic devices, procedural techniques, and safety standards (e.g., new PRP kits, improved laser handpieces).
