Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential and existing clients, providing information about our services/products, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products and services. Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain customer records and update the CRM database with call details. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into appointments/sales. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead generation and follow-ups. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, and interests. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus). Confident, persuasive, and patient personality. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM software. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred. Work Environment: Office-based role with phone and computer systems provided.
