Job Location: VARANASI / PRYAGRAJ / GORAKHPUR / GUWAHATI / ROHTAK

We are focused on providing comprehensive treatment support for diseases such as blepharitis, MGD, Dry Eyes, CVS & similar other ocular conditions with our wide range of first-time introduced products. These concepts are well established and getting high acceptance by Eye Care Doctors.

Waypham is led by ophthalmic industry leaders with over 30 years of experience in setting up multi-million dollar Eye Care businesses & revolutionary product concepts across the Indian subcontinent.

Division: Eyecare / Ophthalmic Pharma Division of Waypham India

Key Responsibilities:

Sales target achievements - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by RSM/PMT
Ensure complete compliance with distribution processes & activities.
Ensure daily doctors, chemists and distributors call as per the norms fixed by management.
Daily reporting
Coordinating & organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.

B. Sc / M. Sc. / B. Pharma / D. Pharma
Strong communication

to converse with doctors in the specialty segment.
