Medical Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our pharmaceutical company and healthcare professionals, promoting our products and building strong professional relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of medical and pharmaceutical sales, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. The Medical Representative will be responsible for increasing product awareness, providing product demonstrations, and supporting healthcare providers in making informed decisions about our offerings.

Duties

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on product benefits and usage.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
• Manage key accounts by providing tailored solutions that meet client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and sales terms effectively to achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to track sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, marketing strategies, and technical support initiatives.
• Attend industry conferences, seminars, and training sessions to stay updated on medical advancements and sales techniques.

Skills

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong account management capabilities to build long-term professional relationships.
• Proficiency in delivering engaging product demos and technical sales presentations.
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to convey complex information clearly.
