Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Ayurvedic and Allopathic medicines to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers
• Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies
• Present product details including composition, benefits, dosage, and side effects
• Distribute product samples and marketing materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Maintain detailed records of visits, prescriptions, and feedback
• Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales
• Qualifications
• Education: D.Pharma or B.Pharma (mandatory)
• Experience: Prior experience in medical sales preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may apply
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Confidence, persistence, and self-motivation
• Planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Additional Requirements
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Ability to relocate or commute reliably to New Delhi
