To make rounds for monitoring relevant areas and submit a report on the observations along with the suggestive corrective actions to the department HODs. Monitor and Guide the Team by supervising and supporting the nursing staff, Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), technologists, and technicians and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure high standards of patient care addressing any issues or concerns raised by the team. Plan and execute regular mock drills to test emergency preparedness by analysing the outcomes of drills and identify areas for improvement, implement changes based on drill analysis to enhance emergency response. Regularly meet with consultants to understand their challenges and requirements. Intervene and provide solutions to address any issues faced by consultants and foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective consultant engagement. Liaise with the corporate quality team to organize training sessions for consultants and Resident Medical Officers (RMO) and ensure that all clinical staff are up to date with the latest quality standards and practices. Manage relationships with outsourced clinical service providers and ensure that outsourced services meet the hospital's quality and compliance standards and address any issues or gaps in service delivery and work towards continuous improvement. Implement and monitor clinical protocols and guidelines. Schedule and manage visiting consultants' appointments, facilitate communication between visiting consultants and hospital staff and ensure visiting consultants have the necessary resources and support. Oversee the payout process for visiting consultants and ensure accurate and timely payments as per agreed terms by maintaining records of consultant services and payments. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of EMR systems by ensuring accurate and secure documentation of patient records and training staff on EMR usage and troubleshoot any issues. Oversee day to day operations and administration of the hospital. Review, analyze, and evaluate business / clinical procedures. Implement organizational policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations. Ensure patient care areas across the Hospital are adequate and safe. Manage interdepartmental communication; resolve disputes and / or operational working issues. Monitor and ensure service / clinical excellence across the Hospital. Strengthen the relationships with existing surgeons through constant doctor engagement initiatives to ensure long-lasting relationships Build new business relationships with doctors/facilitators etc., thus contributing to an increase in the revenues of the center. Assist and coordinate with the centre-level sales team in establishing the CFS brand in the locality/area/city through various sales (BTL) and marketing campaigns (ATL) Ensure implementation & supervision of business lead capturing & conversions. Focus on continuously enhancing Patients experience through interactions and involvement to determine expectations. Prepare and maintain effective scheduling and availability of resources to ensure on-time surgeries and ensure efficient procedures in billing are being followed. Ensure timely, accurate, and legible documentation is maintained by the clinical & nonclinical team Ensure pre & post-surgical nursing care is of the highest quality by continuous assistance, training, and monitoring Ensure that ethical medical practice is followed at all times at the center. Ensuring that percentage of private label sales is more than 50% of the target sales. Responsible for timely audit of stock on a monthly basis. Monitoring validity of licence of the pharmacy store ad pharmacist and intimate the respective team at HO before 2 months of expiry. Stock with less than 90 days of expiry shouldnt be available in stock. Near expiry stock replacement must be initiated180 days prior to the expiry. Ensuring that collection of the day is deposited and reported as guided by finance department. Ensure no stock out of any consumable & implant for the surgery scheduled for next day. Ensure that the buffer stock is available till 10th of next month. Track percentage of consumption value against revenue. Identify non-moving stock and replace with other item or return to vendor. Biomedical & Quality Ensure allocation of responsibility of equipment/assets to the end users, while maintaining own responsibility for all assets, so as to help in proper maintenance of equipment. Ensure proper documentation of the same in coordination with BME team. Coordinate with BME team for training of new staff and/or new equipment. Ensure compliance to SOPs for equipment maintenance, both preventive and breakdown, as laid down and as revised from time to time. Financial & Billing Ensure for billing done with accurate packages with coordination of centralize billing team Ensure to dispatch all credit bills within next day of billing (CGHS/ECHS/PSUs/TPA etc.) timely for submission Ensure to upload all CGHS/CAPF/ECHS/AYUSHMAN BHARAT bills upload on portal (NHA/ UTI) within timeline Ensure to provide DAS report on time daily basis Coordinate with Centralize billing team for clearance all IPD hold bills same day which is objected by Centralize billing team and provide sufficient document / approvals (discount approval / corrected TPA approvals etc.) to close the bills Verify all OP/IP refund case and cancellation of bills Ensure to deposit daily hospital cash collection in bank on time Share all accurate current packages tariff sheet with their concern staff of centre (Front office / Billing Staff and counselling staff) HR Oversee if the right number and quality of manpower is hired in accordance with the manpower planning Establish performance requirements and evaluate the work of reportees in order to achieve the department goals and develop reportees who are unable to meet expected performance levels Support HR in investigating and resolving critical attrition and increasing employee engagement levels at the center Oversee duty rosters in order to ensure effective utilization of manpower Manage the outsourced staff and ensure efficient running of the center Overall responsible for staff attendance, leave and absenteeism. Ensure that staff marking the attendance in biometric attendance system on a regular basis. Ensuring that all staffs are adhering to the grooming and uniform protocols.
